Jurisprudensi: Jurnal Ilmu Syariah, Perundang-undangan, dan Ekonomi Islam (Jurisprudensi: Journal of Sharia, Legal, and Islamic Economics) is an open access and a peer-reviewed journal, available online and published twice a year (Juni and December) by the Faculty of Sharia State of Islamic Institution Langsa (E-ISSN: 2477-281X; ISSN: 2085-630X; doi: https://doi.org/10.32505/jurisprudensi). The editors welcome contributions in the form of articles to be published after undergoing a manuscript selection mechanism, peer-review, and editing process. It is covering both library and fieldwork studies.

The scope of scholarly articles published in this journal is a broad topic in the field of Islamic and Comparative law in Muslim Societies. Thus, this journal covers legal studies such as Islamic Law, Islamic Legal System, Jurisprudence, Islamic and Comparative Law, Legal Pluralism in Muslim Contexts, Islamic Legal Thought, and Islamic Constitutionalism in the classical, medieval, and modern / contemporary periods. This journal welcomes contributions from scholars from related disciplines.

Jurisprudensi: Jurnal Ilmu Syariah, Perundang-undangan, dan Ekonomi Islam was accredited SINTA 3 by Indonesia Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education in February 2023 effective until December 2027 (Salinan Kamenristek Dikti: NOMOR 177/E/KPT/2024). This journal has become a CrossRef Member since year 2018. Therefore, all articles published by this journal will have unique DOI number.
